BE WELL PREPARED
Following are a few helpful tips to ensure that you keep warm and comfy during your holiday.

The weather
Always consult the weather forecast before you take off

The cold
It is always better to be a bit too warm than too cold. Also remember that our body temperature drops rapidly in altitude (especially children)

Good socks
The best socks are thin woollen skiing socks (one pair only!). These should be long enough to be pulled up above your ski boots

Ski Boots
Contrary to common belief, the size of your ski boots should correspond to that of your normal shoes. Ski boots which are too big for you will lead to blisters and much discomfort

Accessories
Before you set out skiing, make sure you as well as your children have all the necessary accessories. Essentials: sun glasses, warm gloves, woolly hat, sun protection cream even in dull weather

Helmets
We strongly recommend that all children wear ski helmets
