Oxygène can help you to fully enjoy and appreciate snow sports whatever your ability. We have chosen the best of the current techniques by acquiring several chairs all made by 'Tessier' - a world renowned company!

 

 

We have 3 perfectly designed chairs that are excellent for that gliding sensation...

 

 

 

  

  • Taxi-Ski - everyone including the physically handicapped or very fragile

 

Everyone can enjoy skiing in total safety when seated in this chair. Your guide is connected to you via the same skis which allows for excellent control. The bucket seat offers good support via an adjustable harness, and chairlifts are no problem as there is a special locking system allowing you stay in the Tandemski all the way up.

 

Key Points:

  • A patented system which allows easy use on chairlifts.
  • The instructor is attached by a rope to the chair.
  • An automatic safety break which stops the sitski if anything was to happen.

 

 

 

  • Piloted Dualski - for partially or totally dependent persons

 

The Piloted Dualski is similar to the Dualski and allows you to have excellent contact with the snow. The Dualski is fitted with a piloting bar that can also be removed. Depending on the support need of the seated skier, it’s also possible to use a standard seat instead of the bucket seat. To start with the instructor will drive the sitski, afterwards the seated skier will start to lean their head and upper body left or right.

  • A 'bucket' seat and adjustable shock absorbers for optimum comfort.
  • Versitility.
  • For everyone with a good skiing level can learn to drive this sit ski.

 

 

 

  • Dualski - from the beginner skier to the more advanced

 

This sit ski allows you to reach the pleasures of skiing in an autonomous way by having perfect contact with the snow. It is perfectly adapted, versatile, reliable, comfortable and easy to use.

 

Key Points:

  • Kinematics which make turning easier.
  • A patented lever stystem which allows the seat to move up for easy use on chairlifts.
  • Two frame heights for initiation or performance skiing.
  • 3 edging configerations (Easy, Performance, Carving).
  • A removable assistance bar used by the instructor during the training stage.

To rent just the equipment?
You are able to hire our sitski plus skis and a helmet on a morning, daily or weekly basis. However we do ask for you to take at least one private session to confirm you are able to use the equipment correctly.
