La Plagne Moonlight Ski Descent

Enjoy the incredible view from the Grande Rochette as the sun sets, and the unbelievable skiing sensations as you descend in the dark.

From the summit you have a stunning view of the magical sunset in one direction, and of Courchevel in the other, with lights that twinkle in the dark....

5.00pm - Meet at the bottom of the Grande Rochette bubble and then depart to the summit.

5.30pm - Snow activities - After watching the sun set and appreciating the incredible view, your Oxygène instructor or guide will teach you how to use use an ARVA and all the off-piste equipment, and then test your skills with a treasure hunt.

6.30pm - Apéritif

7.00pm - Dinner : a sumptuous 2 course local Savoyard specialitie, with wine, followed by coffee

9.00pm - The descent begins...

Please note:

• All skiers should be comfortable on all La Plagne blue runs
• The evening is weather dependent. 
• To help you see your way down you will be provided with a head-torch.

What you will need:

• You, your friends and family
• Normal warm ski equipment e.g. skis, boots, helmet, ski trousers, jacket, thermals, gloves and hat.
• A camera for the magnificent views
