I attended you Ski School last week, which was incidentally my first week of skiing in my life. I had private lessons with Mathieu in a morning and I felt I must write to you to highlight the fantastic level of tuition that I received from Mathieu, he is a credit to himself and your organisation. He made the week fun, pushed my capabilities each day but without taking it too far and he was a pleasure to be with for lessons due to the professional and exuberant way in which he approached his lessons.
 
I had a first rate week with Mathieu and Oxygene last week and I would like to say a big thanks to you and your team!

"Dear Oxygene Ski School,

My daughter and I came skiing inthe second week of January this year and I wanted to write (finally!) to say thank you for making our first ski trip so amazing.

Everything was perfect, from the speed with which you answered email enquiries, to the friendly and helpful staff. The drivers of the shuttle bus and the staff in the shop were great, no matter how many times we changed our boots!!  Our instructor Guillame was fantastic, always cheerful, supportive and encouraging. He took us from scared novices to beginners with a love for skiing. When one of our group suffered a minor injury and had to be taken off the mountain he ensured she was well looked after and followed up on her progress every day, even making sure she could attend the group lunch on the last day.
We have been recommending you to everyone we know with an interest in skiing and we will definately be returning to you next season!

"Hi,
 I returned from La Plagne this morning, and just want to say how thoroughly impressed I was with my Level 3 lessons this week with Boris. He was so courteous, helpful and inspired the trust of our group. We all loved the challenges that he set us, and felt so proud and confident in our skiing after each session. I know my skiing took a big step forward as a result of his instruction.
 
Thank you for making my holiday such a good one. I look forward to booking into ski school again next season.

"Dear Oxygene
 
I want to give feedback below for ski lessons received 1st-5th March at La Plagne, Ski Class 2 with 'Julien'.
In summary - first class/couldn't be beaten.
 
Julian seemed to immediately know all our names [...] his instruction was easy to understand, and given in a easy to grasp manner. He was extremely friendly and courteous at all times, whilst not letting us continue to make the same mistakes. Whilst we were a big class, he was able to give personal feedback to all on a constant basis. I learnt a lot from Julian and will not hesitate booking with Oxygene again.
Some great sound bites from him that still ring in my ears, eg. "it is obligatory to face down the hill".

"Hello to all at Oxygene!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my congratulations for the experience I shared with you at La Plagne. As a seasoned traveller I have not experienced such a complete customer package as the one I have experienced with Oxygene.

From Jo at reception to Archie the driver to Betrand your excellent instructor, all members of staff were extremely helpful, polite and full of fun. I thought Jo’s customer service skills were exceptional and definitely an excellent front line member of staff. Archie was always prompt in his pick up times and had a great laid back manner that simply set you ready for the day ahead. Always polite, always helpful.

Betrand, was my ski instructor for the week, and what a superb week we had. Without doubt the best week of instruction that I have ever received, his manner with the customers was excellent and his teaching style always felt that everyone in the group was included and spent an equal amount of time with all the students. A top man, very funny and I had a great deal of respect for his knowledge and his communication skills.

My friends and I have already made enquiries regarding our intended return to Belle Plagne next season as we so thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the spectacular scenery, and I will have no hesitation in recommending Oxygene to everyone.

Once again may I thank you for making my week in La Plagne an exceptional one and I look forward to enjoying your hospitality next year. Keep up the good work!!

"I just wanted to pass on my thanks for your fantastic service, and excellent ski school that we experienced.  From the care taken in fitting the boots to the confidence boosting and fun on the slopes.  I know my boyfriend is extremely pleased as it was my first ski holiday and he was hoping I would catch the ski-bug and I certainly have thanks to the service you gave.

Back to work now to save the pennies for the next ski holiday!
