Always ensure that your children are wearing warm, dry and comfortable clothes…
they should also wear the following:
Thermals
Sunglasses
Sun protection cream
Gloves
Woolly hat (even in good weather)
Cotton underwear
Ski Boots
Ensure that your children feel comfortable in their ski boots. Also ensure that their boots are well adjusted and properly closed.
Drink
Children dehydrate very quickly in altitude… encourage them to drink lots of water rather than sodas.
The Cold
Remember that your children are better off feeling too warm than too cold in altitude where, generally, one’s body heat drops rapidly (especially children).
Please Note
Before handing your children over to the ski school, please make sure that they have been to the toilet, that they have their lift-passes, a cereal bar in their pocket, some money and a sheet of paper stating the following:
