Sales Conditions

These conditions are given to the consumer to ensure the objectives of the information held by Article 96 of the decree 94-490 of 15 June 1994.

I - Cost

Our prices include taxes and are calculated in Euros at the time of closure of contract. Prices may change without prior notice in case of an increase imposed by our suppliers or an economic crisis. Our services are proposed for a predetermined period of time according to the terms of your reservation. 

II - Inscription – Reservation

The full payment will be taken unless othewise specified by the customer. It is possible to take just a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, the remaining balance will then be due thirty days prior to arrival, at the latest. If the reservation is made less than thirty days before arrival, the total amount will be due on confirmation. In case of unsettled balances within the required thirty days, OXYGENE reserves the right to offer the reserved spaces for sale to other clients, retaining the full deposit amount. Full settlement will be required as per agreement on confirmation of the booking. The reservation is deemed definite on reception of the deposit. Should the client not comply to the regulation above, he will be considered in breach of contract.

III - Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted by post, e-mail, fax or telephone up to one week prior to arrival and is due a full refund of the balance paid. For cancellations made within less than 7 days of the date of arrival, Oxygène reserves the right to retain a 30% deposit. For all in resort cancellations Oxygène will give no refund and the full payment will be retained for admin costs.

IV - Responsibilities

For the duration of your stay, Oxygène uses the services of various suppliers. We should not be confused with the afore-said, whom, in each case, with respect to the client, stands responsible for their own activities under the legislation of their particular enterprise. In this regard, Oxygène can not be held responsible and the client cannot claim indemnity for any time changes due to our partners or due to natural forces.

Services unclaimed, at the fault of the client, for what ever reason, does not qualify for re-imbursement.

VI - Sundries

The client should present himself on the date and within the time period specified on confirmation. Unclaimed services due to late arrival do not qualify for reimbursement. 

Time spent on ski lifts does not justify a reduction in price neither a prolonged lesson, unless the fault is directly due to a voluntary act on Oxygène’s part. 

Oxygène advertise a maximum number per group, and clients are booked in to the groups depending on the level stated by themselves. If this level is not correct then Oxygene reserves the right to move them into the correct level of group. On rare occasions during peak week dates this may mean group sizes will be more then the advertised amount.

Any difficulties/queries which might come of this present contract will be handed to the exclusive competence of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction in CHAMBERY (Savoie).

VII - Insurance

Persons in ski tuition with Oxygène are not covered by the ski school’s professional insurance. Each client should insure himself against the inherent risks of this type of sporting activity.
